ABOLISHED VISAS FOR CITISENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BURUNDI

At its meeting of 24 May 2018, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Burundi, holders of all passports. The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No.39/2018 of 25 May, 2018, and enter into force of 2 Jun, 2018.Under the Decision, the nationals of that country can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners

ABOLISHED VISAS FOR CITISENS OF ТHE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN, HOLDERS OF ORDINARY PASSPORTS

At its meeting of 24 May 2018, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Azerbaijan, holders of ordinary passports. The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No.39/2018 of 25 May, 2018, and enter into force of 2 Jun, 2018.Under the Decision, the nationals of that country, holders of ordinary passports, can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 90 days in period of 180 days, from the date of entry, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners.

GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SAINT VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES ADOPTED ON VISA EXEMPTION FOR THE NATIONALES OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

Тhe Government of the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Serbia, holders of all passports for entry and stay on territory of that country not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year. The Decision came into force on 21 February 2018."

GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF COLUMBIA ADOPTED ON VISA EXEMPTION FOR THE NATIONALES OF THE REPUBLICA OF SERBIA

"The Government of the Republic of Colombia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Serbia, holders of all passports for entry and stay on Columbian Territory during a period 90 days, extendable up to 90 additional days, within a 180 days limit in a calendar year.   The Decision came into force on 14 February 2018."

ABOLISHED VISAS FOR CITISENS OF GEORGIA, HOLDERS OF ORDINARY PASSPORT

At its meeting of 8 Mart 2018, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of Georgia, holders of ordinary passports. The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No.18/2018 of 9 March, 2018, and enter into force of 8 March, 2018. Under the Decision, the nationals of that country can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners.

Abolished Visas for citisens four (4) countries of the Caribbean region and two (2) countries of the Latin American region

At its meeting of 28 January 2018, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Barbados, Jamaica, Saint Vicent and Grenaidens, Repu'blica del Paraugay, Repu'blica de Columbia, holders of all passports. The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No.10/2018 of 7 February, 2018, and enter into force of 15 February, 2018. Under the Decision, the nationals of that countries can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners .

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Guatemala on the abolition of visas for holders of diplomatic and Official passports, entered into force

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the Republic of Guatemala on visa free travel for holders of diplomatic and official passports, signed in Belgrade, on 10 November 2016, came into force on 17 January 2018. Based on this Agreement, nationals of both States, who are holders of diplomatic and official passports, will have the right to enter into, transit through and stay on the territory of the other Party without a visa within a period not exceeding 90 days from the date of entry.

DECISION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA ON VISA EXEMPTION FOR THE NATIONALS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SURINAME, HOLDERS OF ALL PASSPORTS

At its meeting of December 28, 2017, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Suriname, holders of all passports. The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No.119/2017 of December 29, 2017, and enter into force of January 5, 2018. Under the Decision, the nationals of the Republic of Suriname can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners.

DECISION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA ON VISA EXEMPTION FOR TNE NATIONALS OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE GUINEA BISSAU, HOLDERS OF ALL PASSPORTS

At its meeting of 8 December 2017, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for entry in the Republic of Serbia for the nationals of the Republic of the Guinea Bissau, holders of all passports. The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 111/2017 of 11 December 2017 and enter into force on 19 December 2017. Under the Decision, the nationals of the Republic of the Guinea Bissau can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on foreigners.

THE DECISION OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN ON VISA EXEMPTION FOR THE NATIONALS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA, HOLDERS OF ORDINARY PASSPORTS

The Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Serbia, holders of ordinary passports for entry and stay in the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days within period of one year.  The Decision came into force on 1 November 2017.

At its meeting of 6 October 2017, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Indonesia, holders of ordinary passports.

The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 090/2017 of 6 October 2017 and enter into force on 14 October 2017. At its meeting of 6 October 2017, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of Indonesia, holders of ordinary passports. 

The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 090/2017 of 6 October 2017 and enter into force on 14 October 2017. Under the Decision, the nationals of the Republic of Indonesia can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners .

The Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Islamic Republic of Iran, holding ordinary passports

At its meeting on 22 August 2017, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Islamic Republic of Iran, holding ordinary passports. The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 79/2017 on 25 August 2017 and enters into force on 2 September 2017.
Under the Decision, the nationals of the Islamic Republic of Iran can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners.

The Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of India, holding ordinary passports

At its meeting of 22 August 2017, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa exemption for the nationals of the Republic of India, holding ordinary passports. The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 79/2017 of 25 August 2017 and enters into force on 2 September 2017.
Under the Decision, the nationals of the Republic of India can enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia without a visa, during a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry, within period of one year, if there are no hindrances defined in Article 11 of the Law on Foreigners.

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the Republic of Indonesia on visa free travel for holders of diplomatic and official passports

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the Republic of Indonesia on visa free travel for holders of diplomatic and official passports, signed in Jakarta, on 27 April 2016, will take effect on 2 September 2017.

Based on this Agreement, nationals of both States, who are holders of diplomatic and official passports, will have the right to enter into, transit through and stay on the territory of the other Party without a visa within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry.

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the Royal Thai on visa free travel for holders of diplomatic and official passports

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the Royal Thai on visa free travel for holders of diplomatic and official passports, signed in Belgrade, on 4 December 2015, will take effect on 8 September 2017.

Based on this Agreement, nationals of both States, who are holders of diplomatic and official passports, will have the right to enter into, transit through and stay on the territory of the other Party without a visa within a period not exceeding 90 days from the date of entry.

As of 13 July 2017, holders of diplomatic and official passports of the Kyrgyz Republic may enter the Republic of Serbia without visa and stay in Serbia no longer than 90 days from the day of entry.

As of 15 January 2017, holders of national passports of the People's Republic of China may enter the Republic of Serbia without a visa for a stay not extending 30 days. 

NO VISA REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL TO SERBIA FOR CITIZENS OF QATAR, 

Government of the Republic of Serbia approved on 18th June 2015 the Decision on entrance Republic of Serbia WITHOUT VISA for citizens of Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Kingdom of Bahrain (Decision applies to holders of passports, however it does not apply for holders of travel documents issued in accordance with the international conventions). Decision approved by the Government of the Republic of Serbia is valid from 30th June 2015.
