Ambassador

Ambassador Živković was born in 1963 in Pristina. After completing her primary and secondary education in Pristina, she graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 1986. She passed the Bar Exam in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia in 1995.

From 1988 to 1999, she worked at the Federal Secretariat for Justice and Public Administration, i.e. the Federal Ministry of Justice, in positions ranging from Intern to Senior Counselor. From 1999 to 2001, she worked as a Senior Advisor at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade.

Since 2001, she has been employed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she has held several different positions, most of which are in consular affairs.

From 2003 to 2007, she served as Head of the Consulate of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro (later the Republic of Serbia) in Malmö, Kingdom of Sweden. From 2007 to 2009, she worked as Assistant and Deputy Secretary General, and from 2009 to 2011, she served as Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She served as Consul General at the Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia in New York from 2011 to 2019. She served as Deputy Assistant Minister in the Sector for Consular Affairs from 2019 to 2022, and on 25 November 2022, she was appointed Acting Assistant Minister for Consular Affairs by the Government of the Republic of Serbia. She held this position until November 2023, when she was appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Kingdom of Denmark.

She speaks English and Swedish.
